Our Purpose

To honor God by reaching people for Christ through transformed companies around the world.

Our Mission

Use the purpose, platform, and reach of Coca-Cola Consolidated to impact and advance workplace ministry in the four key areas:

· Share-The Coca-Cola Consolidated journey and testimony

· Empower-Organizations to “Take the next step”

· Equip-Organizations with self-sustaining tools

· Develop-Partnerships with other workplace ministry organizations

What We Do

Many business leaders have realized that a Mission Statement alone may not translate into impact and purpose throughout the organization. t-Factor stands for “Transformation Factor” and is designed to encourage leaders in both private and public business to transform their corporate culture.

About Us

t-Factor was established in 2013 as a collaboration with Coca-Cola Consolidated with a focus on growing a mutual understanding of what it means to honor God in the workplace. We offer an experienced group of speakers to address vague and often contentious topics such as legalities of faith-based programs in the workplace and share how Coca-Cola Consolidated carries out its purpose by empowering employees through offerings such as: prayer groups, bible studies, purpose-driven community service, mentoring and resource groups, chaplaincy, and corporate giving.
