Our help starts from a deeply held conviction that Gospel changes lives and communities. We are broken over the spiritual condition of our region and our disunity that has impacted our effectiveness in bringing the Good News of Jesus Christ to people who desperately need it.
What Are The Problems
We’re Trying To Solve?
The Church of the DMV is not fully functioning as Jesus intended. Our ‘operating system’ evolved to become focused on gathering people and program driven, satisfying needs that are not fully aligned with Jesus’s mission of making reproducing disciples.

He called leaders to equip all Christ followers to be missionaries and to ‘go’ and to make disciples (Great Commission). He desired that discipleship and deepening relationship with Himself would result in transformation and victory in their lives and being a blessing to others.

He called leaders and followers alike to build unity within and amongst all expressions of His Church as a witness of Oneness in Christ and the power of the Gospel (John 17). He desired that these expressions operate interdependently as a fully functioning Body sharing resources and laboring together.
The Church’s weaknesses in these two areas has adversely impacted our consistency in demonstrating and communicating the Gospel as Jesus intended. We have not mobilized, collaborated, released assets and made disciples as we should.
